 5 tbsp Olive Oil
 4 Sliced Garlic cloves
 200 g Spaghetti
 2 tbsp Butter
 5 Finely chopped Garlic Cloves
 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
 3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
 ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
 ½ cup Spring Onion
 Salt

Garlic Oil Preparation
1

Add 4 Tbsp of Olive oil onto the hot pan. Add in the Sliced Garlic and saute it for 30 secs. Keep it aside.

Cooking Pasta

In a saucepan, add in water, salt, and 1 Tsp of Olive oil. Once the water comes to a boil, Add in 200 gms of Spaghetti and Cook it well on medium flame.

Fusion Pasta preparation

In a pan, add in 1 Tsp Oil and Butter. Add in the chopped garlic and saute it for 1-2 mins

Add in Chili Flakes and Light soy sauce and saute it for a minute.

Add in the cooked Pasta and salt, toss and coat the pasta well.

Add in grated Parmesan cheese and toss it in the pasta until it melts.

Garnish with Spring onions and mix it well.

Fusion Pasta is ready. Drizzle the Garlic Oil at the time of serving the pasta.

 175 g Spaghetti
 ½ cup Fresh Cream
 5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese powder
 100 g Mushroom ,slices
 100 g Broccoli
 4 tbsp Butter
 3 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
 1 tsp Pepper
 2 Birds eye chilli
 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
 ½ cup Cooked Spaghetti Broth
 3 cups Water
 Salt (As per requirement)

Cooking Spaghetti
1

In a vessel, Boil 3 glasses of Water, Salt, and olive oil.

When the water starts to boil, add 175 gms of Spaghetti (5-10 mins) until it's well cooked.

Making of Carbonara

In a saute pan, add 2 tbsp of Olive oil and 2 tbsp of Butter.

Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped bird's eye chilies and Saute it for 2 mins.

Add 2 Tbsp of butter and saute them together. Add 10 Tbsp of Fresh cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked Spaghetti broth and Mix well.

It's now time to add in the spices. Add in the Mixed Herbs, Salt, and Pepper and mix well.

It's now time to add the drained Spaghetti and blend them together.

Spaghetti Carbonara is now ready!
