In a mixing bowl, add minced Broccoli.
Now add in Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Egg, Panko breadcrumbs, Red Chilli flakes, Black pepper powder, Garlic powder, and Salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Take little portions of the cutlet mix and shape them into small patties
In a heated pan, add in some oil and start placing the patties.
Fry the patties on both sides till its golden brown.
Broccoli Cutlets are now ready! Serve with your favorite dip.
