In a mixing Bowl, Add-in All-Purpose Flour.
Add in the Red Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, Salt, An Egg and Milk
Mix them all together along with Cooked Sweet corn, Spring Onion, Jalapeno, Coriander Leaves, and Mozzarella Cheese.
In a saute pan, add in some oil. Once the oil is heated, Add in the corn mix in small portions.
Toss it on the other side and shallow fry them well.
Cheese Corn Fritters are now ready!
