Chicken Masala Fry

 3 Chicken Thigh Fillets (Thigh Fillets remain soft even after roasting for a long time)
 1 tbsp Tandoori Chicken Masala
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 ½ Lemon Juice
 3 tbsp Oil
 1 medium Onions, Chopped
 1 small Tomatoes, Chopped
 3 Green Chillies, Cut
 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 4 tbsp Coriander leaves, Chopped
 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
 Salt, To taste
Chicken Marination (30 mins)

In a mixing bowl, add in the chicken pieces.

Marinate the Chicken with Salt, Turmeric powder, Lemon Juice, and Tandoori Chicken Masala powder for 30 mins.

In a Pan, Add-in Oil. Once the oil is hot, add the finely chopped Onions. Saute the onions till it turns to a golden brown.

Now add in cut green chilies and Ginger Garlic Paste. Saute them together for 2-3 mins.

To this add in the finely chopped tomatoes and Saute them for 2 mins. And then add in red chili powder. Cook the tomatoes till its soft, mushy and releases Oil.

Now top the Tomato Onion paste with Marinated Chicken and cook it on medium flame.

Now add in Fresh Cream and Salt. Mix them together and roast the chicken on High Flame for 3-4 mins.

Add in Coriander Leaves and mix it well. Chicken Masala Fry is now ready!
