 ½ cup Parsley, Finely Chopped
 4 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
 1 ½ tbsp Dried Oregano
 1-2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  Black Pepper Powder, Freshly Ground
 Salt, To Taste
 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 ½ cup Olive Oil

Combine chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

Add red wine vinegar and olive oil to the bowl and stir until the mixture is well combined.
