 2 cups Semolina - Fine
 1 cup Poha/ Flat rice
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 4 tbsp Curd
 Water
 Salt

Soak Semolina and Poha in water for 20 mins

After 20 mins, Grind the Soaked Semolina, Curd, and Poha with 1/2 cup of water.

Add in Salt and Baking soda. Mix it all well.

Pour the dosa batter with a ladle and drizzle oil.

Cover the Dosa and allow it to cook in steam for 1-2 mins.

Instant Set Dosa is now ready.
