 2 Cucumbers, cut into 1 inch pieces
 1 Shallots, finely chopped
 2 Green Onions, chopped
 2 Thai Red Chillies
 ½ cup Coriander leaves
 ¼ cup Dry roasted peanuts
 1 tbsp Fish sauce
 ½ wedge, Lime juice
 1 tsp Soy sauce
 1 Garlic clove
 ½ tsp Cayenne pepper powder
 1 tsp Sugar

In a bowl, add in the cut cucumbers, chopped shallots, green onions, thai red chilis, coriander leaves, dry roasted peanuts, fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic clove ,cayenne pepper powder and sugar.

Mix all the ingredients well and serve.
