Mushroom Masala is a creamy vegetarian Indian dish made up of button mushrooms and capsicum. Cooked in Tomato, Cashew, and Spices based sauce. This curry is usually served with Rice or any Indian bread.<\/h2>\n

8<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Oil<\/span><\/div>\n
7<\/span> <\/span> Cashews <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Onion <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Tomato <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Capsicum<\/span><\/div>\n
7<\/span> <\/span> Mushroom, sliced and medium<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Chilli Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Coriander Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> <\/span> Garlic Cloves <\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> <\/span> inch Ginger<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> <\/span> Slit Green Chillies <\/span><\/div>\n
Salt (As per Taste)<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Chopped Coriander Leaves<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> cup<\/span> Water <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cumin seeds\/Jeera <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Making of the Gravy<\/div>\n

\n

Drizzle 4 Tbsp of oil into a heated pan and Roast cashews in them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saute Onions till it’s golden brown. Once the onions turn golden brown, saute it along with Green chilies, Garlic, and Ginger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saute the mixture with Tomatoes till it’s soft and mushy. Keep this mixture aside and let it cool. Once it cooled, Blend them together to a smooth paste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Making of the Curry<\/div>\n

In a heated pan, drizzle 4 Tbsp of Oil. Add the cumin into the oil and let it splutter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saute the Mushrooms and Capsicum in the Oil for 3-4 mins. Then add in the spices – Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder, and Cumin powder and saute it for 2 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Then add the blended paste into it and mix it well along with water and salt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cook the gravy till the oil oozes out and till the gravy quantity reduces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
