In a mixing bowl, add finely sliced Onions, Coriander Leaves, Chillies, Curry leaves and Salt<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now start to crush them using hands until the Onion releases water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add in portions of Chickpea powder and Baking soda and mix it well. Mix till it’s semi-liquid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Collect batter little by little hands and start to deep fry them till its crispy and evenly coloured brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
