Onion Bhajji originates from India. A deep-fried crispy snack loved by everyone around the world is made from Onion and Chickpea Batter. <\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

2<\/span> <\/span> Onion, Medium and Thin sliced<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> <\/span> Green Chilies , Finely chopped <\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Coriander Leaves,Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Curry Leaves,Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Chickpea powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> pinch<\/span> Baking soda<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt (As per requirement)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a mixing bowl, add finely sliced Onions, Coriander Leaves, Chillies, Curry leaves and Salt<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now start to crush them using hands until the Onion releases water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Now add in portions of Chickpea powder and Baking soda and mix it well. Mix till it’s semi-liquid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Collect batter little by little hands and start to deep fry them till its crispy and evenly coloured brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
