In a Mixing Bowl, Add in the Chopped Cabbage, Onions, and Chickpea powder(Besan).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Take small portions of the mix and combine it into a flat round shape.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Place the portions of the Pakoda into the heated oil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
