In a mixing bowl, Add in Mayonnaise, Red chilli powder, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, Pepper powder, Mixed Herbs, Salt, Onions, and Parsley. Mix all these ingredients together to a smooth sauce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a cooker, Add in some water and cook the Baby potatoes for a whistle. Once they are cooked, place them down and press them with your palm and spatula to a thin round shape.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a bowl, add All-purpose flour, corn starch, and salt. Mix them with water to a thin liquid. This is to coat the potatoes and shallow fry them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a pan, add some oil. Now it’s time to dip the Potatoes into the coating batter and shallow fry them till golden brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Once the potatoes are cooked well, place them on a plate, and top it with the Sauce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Cajun Potatoes are now ready!!
