In a mixing bowl, Add in the Chickpea flour, Cumin seeds, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Pepper powder, and Salt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in Water and mix them all together to a batter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Coat the Spinach leaves with the Batter and Deep fry them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Spinach Fritters is now ready!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a mixing bowl, add in chopped tomatoes, onions, and Coriander Leaves. Mix it all together to a salad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Place the Fritters and Top it with 2 tbsp sweetened Yogurt, Tomato Onion salad, 2 tsp of Pudina chutney,2 tsp of sweet Tamarind chutney, and a pinch of Chat masala.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
