Chicken Masala Fry is a flavour-packed dish featuring tender chicken thigh fillets marinated in bold spices and a hint of lemon.<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
In a mixing bowl, add in the chicken pieces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Marinate the Chicken with Salt, Turmeric powder, Lemon Juice, and Tandoori Chicken Masala powder for 30 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a Pan, Add-in Oil. Once the oil is hot, add the finely chopped Onions. Saute the onions till it turns to a golden brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add in cut green chilies and Ginger Garlic Paste. Saute them together for 2-3 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add in the finely chopped tomatoes and Saute them for 2 mins. And then add in red chili powder. Cook the tomatoes till its soft, mushy and releases Oil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now top the Tomato Onion paste with Marinated Chicken and cook it on medium flame.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add in Fresh Cream and Salt. Mix them together and roast the chicken on High Flame for 3-4 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in Coriander Leaves and mix it well.
