Arbi Masala Fry is a popular Indian dish made by seasoning boiled or parboiled arbi with spices and shallow-frying until crispy and golden brown.<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

2<\/span> <\/span> Arbi (Taro) <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Oil <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Ajwain (Carom seeds) <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Finely Chopped Chillies <\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> <\/span> inch Finely chopped Ginger<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Coriander powder <\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric powder <\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Asafoetida <\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Red chilli powder <\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Garam Masala <\/span><\/div>\n
Salt (As per requirement)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Directions<\/h3>\n

In a pressure cooker, Add-in Taro and cook it for a 1-2 whistle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a pan, add in oil. Once the oil is hot add in the carom seeds. Saute it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Add in the finely chopped green chilies and Ginger. Saute it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now add in the spices. Add in Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Asafoetida. Cook it for 1-2 minutes and Add in the cooked Arbi(Taro). Mix it all together. Coat the Taro with the masala.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add in some salt and Garam masala powder. Mix all of them well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Simmer the dish and cook it for 3-5mins on Medium flame. Arbi Masala is now
