In a pressure cooker, Add-in Taro and cook it for a 1-2 whistle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a pan, add in oil. Once the oil is hot add in the carom seeds. Saute it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in the finely chopped green chilies and Ginger. Saute it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add in the spices. Add in Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Asafoetida. Cook it for 1-2 minutes and Add in the cooked Arbi(Taro). Mix it all together. Coat the Taro with the masala.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in some salt and Garam masala powder. Mix all of them well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Simmer the dish and cook it for 3-5mins on Medium flame.
