1<\/span> <\/span> Bay Leaf <\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> <\/span> Peppercorns <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Cloves <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> inch Cinnamon <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Cardamom Pods <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Javitri <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Star Anise <\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> cup<\/span> Ghee <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Oil <\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Shahi Jeera <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Sliced Onions .,Medium<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> <\/span> Sliced Green Chillies <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Ginger Garlic Paste <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Chopped Tomato ,large<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric powder <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Red Chilli Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
⅓<\/span> cup<\/span> Chopper Mint Leaves <\/span><\/div>\n
⅓<\/span> cup<\/span> Chopped Coriander Leaves <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Garam Masala Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Shahi Biriyani Masala Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Yogurt <\/span><\/div>\n
Salt (As per requirement)<\/span><\/div>\n
Saffron Milk (Garnishing)<\/span><\/div>\n
Coriander Leaves (Garnishing)<\/span><\/div>\n
Fried Onions (Garnishing)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Making of Biryani Rice<\/div>\n

In a saucepan, boil 3 glasses of water along with Bayleaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom pods, Star Anise, Javitri, Peppercorns, and Salt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Add in Ghee and soaked Basmati Rice into the boiling water and cook it till it’s 3\/4th cooked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Once the rice is 3\/4th cooked, Strain, and keep it aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Making of Biriyani Masala<\/div>\n

\n

In a pan, allow the oil and ghee to heat. Add in Shahi jeera and Sliced Onions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Saute the onions till its golden brown. Now add in the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Saute them all together for 2 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add in the chopped tomatoes and cook it for 2-3mins. Add in Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and cook it for another minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To this, we will now add the Chopped mint leaves and Coriander Leaves. Mix them all together. Now add the Garam Masala powder and Biriyani masala powder to this. Saute them all for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add in the Yogurt and Salt. Give the masala a nice mix and cook it for 2-3 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Spread the cooked Basmati rice evenly on the Masala and cook it on sim for 10 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Garnish the Biriyani Rice with Saffron milk, Coriander leaves, and Fried Onions.
