In a saucepan, boil 3 glasses of water along with Bayleaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom pods, Star Anise, Javitri, Peppercorns, and Salt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in Ghee and soaked Basmati Rice into the boiling water and cook it till it’s 3\/4th cooked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Once the rice is 3\/4th cooked, Strain, and keep it aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a pan, allow the oil and ghee to heat. Add in Shahi jeera and Sliced Onions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Saute the onions till its golden brown. Now add in the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Saute them all together for 2 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in the chopped tomatoes and cook it for 2-3mins. Add in Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and cook it for another minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this, we will now add the Chopped mint leaves and Coriander Leaves. Mix them all together. Now add the Garam Masala powder and Biriyani masala powder to this. Saute them all for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in the Yogurt and Salt. Give the masala a nice mix and cook it for 2-3 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Spread the cooked Basmati rice evenly on the Masala and cook it on sim for 10 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Garnish the Biriyani Rice with Saffron milk, Coriander leaves, and Fried Onions. Biriyani Rice is now ready.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1607,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","recipe_category":[149],"class_list":{"0":"post-1606","1":"cp_recipe","2":"type-cp_recipe","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"cp_recipe_category-main-course"},"yoast_head":"\n
