Peanut chutney powder, also known as Shenga Chutney Powder, is a dry version of the traditional peanut chutney. It is made by roasting and grinding peanuts, along with other ingredients such as
\ncurry leaves, garlic cloves, jaggery, red chili powder, and salt into a fine powder. <\/h2>\n

1<\/span> cup<\/span> Peanut <\/span><\/div>\n
15<\/span> <\/span> Curry Leaves <\/span><\/div>\n
6<\/span> <\/span> Garlic Cloves <\/span><\/div>\n
¾<\/span> tsp<\/span> Jaggery <\/span><\/div>\n
1.50<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Red Chilli Powder <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Tamarind (A Little)<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a pan, dry roast the peanuts on medium flame.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Switch off the flame. Now add in curry leaves. Mix it all well. Transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Grind the peanuts and curry leaves along with garlic cloves, jaggery, red chili powder, and salt to a coarse powder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
