In a blender jar, add in the grated coconut, tamarind, Asafoetida and dried red chillies. Blend it to smooth paste. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
After Blending to a smooth paste, add in the soaked rice and grind it to a coarse paste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Transfer the paste to a bowl, And now add in chopped Salt, Onions, and Cabbage. Mix them all well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Using a spatula, take small portions of the mix and spread it on a hot pan, and drizzle oil on the dosa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Cover the lid and allow it to cook for 2mins on both sides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
