Sanna Polo or Spicy Cabbage Dosa is a famous Konkani Dish. These are tiny, round, spicy dosas that are usually prepared as sides with regular meals. <\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

¾<\/span> cup<\/span> Grated Coconut <\/span><\/div>\n
6<\/span> <\/span> Kashmiri red chillies<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Asafoetida <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Tamarind<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> cup<\/span> Rice (Soaked for 2 hours)<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Finely chopped Onion<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> cup<\/span> Finely chopped Cabbage<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt, as required<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a blender jar, add in the grated coconut, tamarind, Asafoetida and dried red chillies. Blend it to smooth paste. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After Blending to a smooth paste, add in the soaked rice and grind it to a coarse paste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Transfer the paste to a bowl, And now add in chopped Salt, Onions, and Cabbage. Mix them all well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Using a spatula, take small portions of the mix and spread it on a hot pan, and drizzle oil on the dosa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cover the lid and allow it to cook for 2mins on both sides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
