Sprouted moong is tossed with chopped onion, tomatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, and cucumber to make this delicious healthy chaat.<\/h2>\n

1<\/span> cup<\/span> Moong Bean Sprouts<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Tomato, Finely chopped and medium<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Cucumber, Finely chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Onion, Finely chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> cup<\/span> Coriander Leaves<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Green chilli,chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Lemon Juice<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Chaat Masala<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Black Pepper powder<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a mixing bowl, add in the sprouted Moong daal and Boiling hot water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Soak the sprouted moong daal in the hot water for 5 to 7 mins. After soaking it for 5 to 7 mins, drain the water off.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To the moong dal, Add-in Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Coriander Leaves, Lemon juice, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper Powder, and Salt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
