¼<\/span> cup<\/span> Onions\/Shallots<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> <\/span> Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped <\/span><\/div>\n
⅓<\/span> cup<\/span> Tofu<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Chilli Flakes<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Chicken Thigh Fillets<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Eggs<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> cup<\/span> Garlic Chives<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> cup<\/span> Moong Sprouts<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Preparing the Rice Noodles<\/div>\n

Soak the flat dried rice noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Check that the noodles are cooked, then drain the water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Making the Pad Thai Sauce<\/div>\n

\n

Boil water in a pan, then add palm sugar, fish sauce, and tamarind pulp.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cook for 30 seconds until the mixture forms a sauce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cooking Pad Thai Chicken<\/div>\n

Heat oil in a pan or wok and saut\u00e9 the shallots and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
