Grind the spring onions, lemongrass stalk, garlic cloves, kaffir lime leaves, sugar, salt, paprika, turmeric powder, corn starch, fish sauce, and freshly ground black pepper powder into a coarse paste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
