In a pan, Add 1 Tbsp Oil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add all the wet ingredients like : Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Galangal, Coriander roots. Sauce them till its golden brown and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a pan, Add in all the dry ingredients like Cinnamon, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Coriander seeds, Cardamom seeds, Dried Big spur chillies, Dried Thai red chillies, Black peppercorns and cloves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Roast them all on medium heat until its fragrant and set them aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Blend the Dry Ingredients and Wet ingredients along with Nutmeg powder and Shrimp paste along with water.<\/p>\n
