2<\/span> <\/span> inch Galangal<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Lemongrass stalk<\/span><\/div>\n
Roasting Dry Ingredients<\/div>\n
2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cumin seeds<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> <\/span> Dried Big Spur chillies<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> <\/span> Dried Thai red chillies<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Coriander Seeds<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Black Peppercorns<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cardamom Seeds<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Fennel seeds<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> inch Cinnamon <\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> <\/span> Cloves<\/span><\/div>\n
Other Ingredients<\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Shrimp paste<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Nutmeg powder<\/span><\/div>\n
¾<\/span> cup<\/span> Water (Only when using a blender)<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Process to Roast Wet ingredients<\/div>\n

\n

In a pan, Add 1 Tbsp Oil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Add all the wet ingredients like : Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Galangal, Coriander roots. Sauce them till its golden brown and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Process to Roast Dry ingredients<\/div>\n

\n

In a pan, Add in all the dry ingredients like Cinnamon, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Coriander seeds, Cardamom seeds, Dried Big spur chillies, Dried Thai red chillies, Black peppercorns and cloves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Roast them all on medium heat until its fragrant and set them aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Blending to a paste<\/div>\n

\n

Blend the Dry Ingredients and Wet ingredients along with Nutmeg powder and Shrimp paste along with water.<\/p>\n
