In a mixing bowl, Add the chicken wingettes, Salt, Black pepper powder, Corn Starch, All purpose flour, Baking soda and Eggs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Mix them all till the chicken is coated evenly with the batter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a frying pan, Pour the battered chicken one by one and deep fry them for 20 mins on medium flame.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
After 20 mins, remove the fried chicken and set them aside for 1-2mins and then Double deep fry the chicken for 12mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a pan, Drizzle 3 tbsp Oil. Once the oil is hot, Add chopped Garlic and saut\u00e9 for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this we then add Ketchup, Honey, Vinegar, and Gochujang. Mix them all well and let it cook for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Lastly Add the double deep fried chicken to the seasoned sauce and give it a good toss. Garnish with Toasted Sesame seeds and green onions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
