In a bowl, add 10 chicken wingettes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add the black pepper powder, Sichuan pepper, baking powder, and salt. Mix them all well and place it on top of a baking tray.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Bake the wings for 30 mins at 180 deg Celsius for 30mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
After 30 mins, toss them to the other side and bake them again for 30 to 40 mins until the chicken is crispy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
