Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. Add Salt, Garlic Powder, White Pepper Powder, Water and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To make the sauce, mix Tomato Ketchup, Sugar, Honey, and Water<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a bowl add Egg, Salt, Garlic Powder, Water and whisk well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add Baking Powder and whisk. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add Corn Starch and whisk well. Make sure there are no lumps. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add All-Purpose Flour and whisk well. Make sure there are no lumps. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add oil and whisk well. The batter is ready.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Pour the batter over marinated chicken. Coat all the pieces well with the batter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Double fry till golden brown. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Cook sauce over a medium flame till it comes to a boil and switch off the flame.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add double fried chicken and coat all the pieces well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Garnish with roasted Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion Greens.
