Tawa paneer is a semi-dry gravy cooked along with onions, tomatoes, Bell peppers, and cubed cottage cheese on a Tawa or a griddle. It’s a popular dish that’s flavourful, spicy, and tangy. It all comes together in less than 30 mins.<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n
\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Butter<\/span><\/div>\n
Oil<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Carrom seeds<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Onion , large and chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Ginger garlic paste<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> <\/span> Red bell pepper , chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Tomato ,medium and pureed<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Kashmiri Red chili powder<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Garam masala or pav bhaji masala<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Coriander powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Green chili, chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
300<\/span> g<\/span> Paneer , cubes<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt, as per taste<\/span><\/div>\n
Kasuri Methi or dry fenugreek leaves<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a Tawa or flat pan, Add Butter and Oil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Add Carrom seeds and saute for 10 secs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now add chopped Onions and saute till light golden brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins. After 2 mins, add chopped green chillies and saute for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add Chopped capsicum and saute for 2 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala and coriander powder. Saute the spices for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After a minute, add in the pureed tomatoes and salt. Saute it till the masala thickens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now top the masala with Paneer and cook the paneer for 5 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Lastly, garnish it with Dried fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
