Soak Soya chunks for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours, squeeze out the absorbed water from the Soya chunks and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
On a hot pan, add oil, fennel seeds, and Garlic cloves. Saute and cook them for 2 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add dry red chillies, curry leaves and Onions. Saute and cook till light golden brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add ginger-garlic paste to the sauteed onions and cook it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt. Saute for a min and Cook till the tomatoes turn mushy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add water, coconut milk and give it a mix. Cook the curry for oil is released.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add the soaked Soya chunks and Water. Mix them well and cook them till soya chunks are cooked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add black pepper powder and cook till it turns dry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Garnish with coriander leaves.
