In a pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic and saute for 20 secs. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
After 20 secs add onions and cook till golden brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add carrots, diced potatoes. Saute it till it\u2019s slightly tender.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add the curry cut chicken and fry it till its turn golden brown<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add tomato puree, bay leaves, and water. Cover and cook it for 15 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Check the curry after 15 mins, add sugar, salt, and pepper. Give them a mix and cover and cook for another 15mins till the curry thickens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
After 15 mins, add peas and cook it for 5 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
