Chicken Tikka<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

Initial Marination – set aside for 30 mins<\/div>\n
600<\/span> g<\/span> Boneless Chicken, cut into 2 inch tikka pieces<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Ginger Garlic paste<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt, as per taste<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Lemon juice<\/span><\/div>\n
Second Marination<\/div>\n
½<\/span> cup<\/span> Hung curd\/ Thick curd<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cumin powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Garam Masala<\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> tsp<\/span> Kashmiri red chili powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Kasuri Methi, dry<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt, as per taste<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Oil<\/span><\/div>\n
Other Ingredients<\/div>\n
Oil for pan frying<\/span><\/div>\n
Chat masala powder, sprinkle<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Initially marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, Salt and Lemon juice. Set the Marinated chicken aside for 30 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For the second marination, In a bowl add some hung curd, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Kasuri methi, salt and Oil. Mix them all very well.
\nNow add the marinated chicken to the second marination masala and coat them all well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Marinate the chicken for at least 3 to 4 hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

After the chicken is marinated, thread them to Bamboo skewers.
\nNote: Soak the skewers in water for 30 mins before using them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Heat a griddle pan, and grease the pan generously with oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken skewers and cook the chicken for 10-15 mins on each side.
\nNote: You can cook the chicken tikka in an oven at 250 deg Celsius for 20 to 30 mins( 10 to 15 mins on each side).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Baste the chicken tikka with the oil from the pan to keep them moist and juicy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Chicken Tikka is now ready. Serve with green Salad and mint
