Tikka is basically an appetizer dish that consists of pieces of meat or vegetarian alternatives, with its origins tracing back to the Mughal dynasty. It is prepared by marinating the pieces in spices and yogurt and cooking them in a tandoor. Malai Chicken Tikka is an Indian chicken starter, in which the meat is flavored with yogurt, cream, cheese, and spices, and then grilled on a Tandoor. They are usually boneless and mildly marinated with spices. It is universally popular and a much-loved appetizer. Traditionally it’s cooked in a tandoor(a clay oven), but here we are going to grill it on a griddle pan. <\/h2>\n
