Spice Mushroom Masala is an Indian style dry curry made with mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and spices. This recipe can be prepared in less then 20 mins. It can be enjoyed with bread of your choice or Rice.<\/h2>\n

2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Oil<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> inch, Cinnamon<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> <\/span> Cardamom Pods<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cumin<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Onion Large, Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Ginger Garlic Paste<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric powder<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cumin powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Red chilli powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Coriander powder<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Garam Masala<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Tomato Large, Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> <\/span> Green Chilies, Sliced<\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> <\/span> -6, Curry leaves<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> cup<\/span> Water<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt, as per taste<\/span><\/div>\n
200<\/span> g<\/span> Mushrooms, sliced<\/span><\/div>\n
Coriander Leaves, Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add Oil on the Heated pan. To the hot oil add Cinnamon, Cardamom pods and Cumin seeds. Saut\u00e9 them for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To this add chopped Onions and saut\u00e9 them till turns golden brown. After they turn golden brown, add Ginger Garlic paste and saut\u00e9 till the raw smell goes away.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now add the spices like Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Red chili powder and Garam Masala. Saut\u00e9 for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add in the chopped Tomato and cook them till it turns mushy. Later to this add sliced Chilies and curry leave and give it all a mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add some water and salt to this. Give them a good mix and cook till everything turns soft which approximately takes 5 to 6 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add the sliced mushrooms and mix it all well along with the masala. Cover and cook the mushroom for about 3 to 4 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
