Add Oil on the Heated pan. To the hot oil add Cinnamon, Cardamom pods and Cumin seeds. Saut\u00e9 them for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add chopped Onions and saut\u00e9 them till turns golden brown. After they turn golden brown, add Ginger Garlic paste and saut\u00e9 till the raw smell goes away.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Now add the spices like Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Red chili powder and Garam Masala. Saut\u00e9 for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add in the chopped Tomato and cook them till it turns mushy. Later to this add sliced Chilies and curry leave and give it all a mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add some water and salt to this. Give them a good mix and cook till everything turns soft which approximately takes 5 to 6 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add the sliced mushrooms and mix it all well along with the masala. Cover and cook the mushroom for about 3 to 4 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
