In a bowl, To the chicken pieces add salt, pepper and 3 to 4 tbsp of all purpose flour. Coat the chicken pieces well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a pan, add some oil and start placing the coated chicken pieces and shallow fry them on both the sides till its lightly golden. Set it aside after the color changes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In the same pan add butter. Once the butter is completely melted add chopped garlic an cook it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add 1tbsp of All purpose flour and mix well. Cook it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add Vegetable\/Chicken broth now and bring it a boil. Once it comes to a boil add Oregano and Lemon juice and give it a mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
To this add the shallow fried chicken and cook till the sauce reduces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Garnish it with Parsley and give it a last mix.
