Toss the roasted potatoes in the pan with the garlic and spices until well coated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Pour lemon juice over the potatoes, give it a good mix, and remove the pan from heat. Garnish the potatoes with parsley and cilantro, give it one final mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
