“Batata Harra,” which literally translates to “spicy potatoes” in Arabic, is a dish that frequently appears on Lebanese restaurant menus and is a popular Middle Eastern appetizer. It is also known as “Lebanese potatoes” or “spicy potatoes.” To make the dish, saut\u00e9 diced potatoes until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Then, toss them in a spicy cilantro garlic sauce and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.<\/h2>\n

½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Salt<\/span><\/div>\n
¼<\/span> tsp<\/span> Black Pepper Powder<\/span><\/div>\n

4<\/span> <\/span> Garlic ,crushed or minced<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Red Chilli Flakes<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Paprika<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> <\/span> Lemon, juiced<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> bunch, Parsley ,Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> bunch, Coriander ,Chopped<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a bowl, add diced potatoes and season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Flip the potatoes to the other side after 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a pan, add olive oil and crushed garlic. Saut\u00e9 for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add red chili flakes and paprika to the pan and saut\u00e9 for an additional 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Toss the roasted potatoes in the pan with the garlic and spices until well coated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pour lemon juice over the potatoes, give it a good mix, and remove the pan from heat. Garnish the potatoes with parsley and cilantro, give it one final mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
