Take 2 Lemongrass stalks and crush\/bruise them to release oil an juices. Knot the lemongrass leaves and set it aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a sauce pan, add water. Add in bruised Lemongrass stalks, knotted leaves, Ginger and Cardamom pods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Bring them all to a boil and simmer for 5 to 6 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Lemongrass tea is now ready to be served. Strain the tea and add 1 tsp of Honey per glass and serve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
