Sri Lankan Cassava Root Curry blends cassava root’s earthy taste with creamy coconut milk and assorted spices.<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
Peel the skin off the cassava, then wash and cut it into bite-sized pieces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Place water and cassava in a cooking pot (a clay pot is preferable).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Mix in Fenugreek Seeds and Turmeric Powder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Combine Red Chilli Powder, Unroasted Curry Powder, and Salt, then mix well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Stir in Curry Leaves, Pandan Leaves, and Red Onion. Cook over medium heat until the cassava is cooked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Verify if the cassava is cooked by using a fork.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Add Coconut Milk, mix well, and bring to a boil. Set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In a separate pan, heat Coconut Oil and add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Shallots, Dried Red Chillies, and Curry Leaves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
