Take a bowl and knead the all-purpose flour (maida) along with oil, salt, and water till its very soft and smooth. Let the dough sit for 20-30 mins<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Cup the dough in both your palm and roll it till it’s flattened and thin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Stuff on half-side of the flattened dough with chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, and Mozzarella cheese. Spread around 2-3 pinch of salt for taste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Close the stuffing with the help of other side of the dough(which is not stuffed) and pinch the edges till it’s completely closed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Drizzle oil on the pan and transfer it to the pan and fry it till it’s well done.
