Never expected the taste of this combination of Mooli and Palak would stand out extraordinarily. This subzi not only tastes good but it’s extremely healthy at the same time. <\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

4<\/span> <\/span> Oil (Optional\/As per requirement)<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Mustard (Optional)<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Cumin\/Jeera<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> Asafoetida\/Hing<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Turmeric\/Haldi<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> <\/span> Garlic Cloves<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> <\/span> Green Chillies <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> Onion<\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> cups<\/span> Chopped Palak\/Spinach, 1 bunch<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> chopped Radish\/Muli\/Mooli<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Directions<\/h3>\n

Put in Oil onto the heated pan. Add Mustard and let it splutter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add Cumin and Chopped Onions and saute till its light brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Add Turmeric powder, Asafoetida, and Salt. And saute it for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Fry the Mixture with Radish, At least for 3-4 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Mix the chopped Spinach to the saute’d Raddish and Onions and let it sit for 3-4 mins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Add water to cook the Raddish and till the subzi is dark brown.
