5<\/span> <\/span> Fish Cake Slices<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Chilli Paste<\/span><\/div>\n
450<\/span> g<\/span> Flat Rice Noodles<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> qts<\/span> Eggs<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> cup<\/span> Bean Sprouts<\/span><\/div>\n
30<\/span> g<\/span> Chives<\/span><\/div>\n
Sauce<\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Sugar<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Light Soy Sauce<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Dark Soy Sauce<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Fish Sauce<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Oyster Sauce<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Combine sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Preheat a wok and add oil. Once hot, cook chopped garlic for 20 seconds, followed by prawns and fish cake slices for another 30 seconds each.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Stir in chili paste for 20 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Toss in flat rice noodles, stir-frying for a minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
