2-3<\/b> Garlic Cloves, Minced<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Tomato Paste<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> Bay Leaf<\/span><\/div>\n
Salt, To Taste<\/span><\/div>\n
Black Pepper Powder, To Taste<\/span><\/div>\n
Fresh Parsley, For Garnish<\/span><\/div>\n
Crusty Bread, For Serving<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Start by soaking the dried beans overnight or for at least 8 hours. Drain and rinse the beans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Saut\u00e9 them until they become tender, which should take about 5-7 minutes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add the minced garlic and continue to saut\u00e9 for another minute or until fragrant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Stir in the tomato paste and bay leaf. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
