1.50 cups Chopped Cabbage
1 Finely chopped Onion,medium
1 cup Besan
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
6 Chopped Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Cumin
Salt (As per Requirement)
1.50 cups Oil ,for Deep Fry
Making of the Cabbage Pakoda Mix

In a Mixing Bowl, Add in the Chopped Cabbage, Onions, and Chickpea powder(Besan).

Crush and mix them well together with the Spices and all other Ingredients
Deep Frying the Pakoda

Take small portions of the mix and combine it into a flat round shape.

Place the portions of the Pakoda into the heated oil.

Deep fry it until crispy and golden brown
