500 g Chicken
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 Sliced Onion , medium
4 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Pepper Powder
4 tbsp Yogurt
1 cup Water
3 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 tbsp Kasuri Methi

In a mixing bowl, add in the chicken pieces and mix them well with Turmeric powder.

In a pan, Add in Oil and Butter. Now add in the Onions saute it till it turns golden brown. Add in the sliced Chillies and saute it for 2 mins.

Add in the Ginger Garlic paste, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Pepper powder, and Yogurt. Cook them all together for 3 mins.

Add in the Chicken. Coat the masala well and cook it with water for 15 mins on medium heat.

Now add in the fresh cream and cook it for 5 mins.

Creamy Chicken Curry is now ready. Garnish it with Kasuri Methi and mix it well.
