 12 Green Thai Chillies
 4 Coriander root/stem
 1 Lemongrass stalk
 15 Thai Basil Leaves
 3 Shallots
 4 Garlic cloves
 2 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds
 2 tsp Roasted Coriander seeds
 Kaffir Lime /Lime zest
 ½ inch Galangal
 ½ tsp White pepper powder
 Salt (As per requirement)

In a blender jar, Add-in Green Thai chilies, Coriander root/stem, Lemongrass stalk, Thai Basil leaves, Shallots, Garlic, Roasted Cumin seeds, Roasted Coriander seeds, Kaffir lime/ lime zest, Galangal, White pepper powder, and Salt.

Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

Green Thai curry paste is now ready.
