Messy Bun

An Original Recipe made by Satyam's kitchen. This snack is extremely juicy as the sauce drips while you have it, Hence making it Messy. One of the most Tastiest snacks made with very few ingredients. Let's see how to make this in just 15mins!

 1 Capsicum,Chopped
 1 Tomato,Chopped
 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
 4 Soft buns
 Salt (As per taste)

Making of the Messy Bun stuffing

Add the chopped Capsicum and Chopped Tomatoes into a bowl and mix it along with a pinch of salt.

Now add Mayonnaise and Ketchup and Mix it well. Stuffing is ready!

Frying the Soft Pav or Buns

Heat a shallow frying pan. Keep the flame to low and then add butter.

Slit the Pav /Buns to half and then place them on the butter.

Keep flattening the bun with a spatula. Once it's crispy and golden, flip it to the other side and flatten the bun.

Now remove the Bun and Stuff it with the juicy stuffing.
