Palak Chicken

Marinated Chicken pieces cooked along with Spinach and Tomato gravy. Palak Chicken Curry is generally served with Indian Bread or Rice.

 4 tbsp Oil
 1 cup Water
 500 g Chicken Breast
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 tsp Chilli Powder
 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 ½ tsp Pepper Powder
 2 Finely Chopped Onions ,medium
 4 Slit Green Chillies
 1 tsp Cumin Powder
 2 Chopped Tomatoes ,medium
 1 Chopped Palak/Spinach,bunch

Marinate Chicken for 2 hours

In a Mixing Bowl, Add in the Diced Chicken Breast.

Add In all the Spices along with Ginger Garlic paste and mix it well.

In a saute pan, Drizzle 4 tbsp of Oil. Once the oil is heated, Add the Finely chopped Onions.

Saute the onions till it turns golden brown.

Add in the Slit Green Chillies once the Onions are golden brown. Saute it for a minute.

Add in the Chopped tomatoes and cook it for about 2-3 mins over medium flame. Once tomatoes are cooked well add in water and allow it to cook for about 2-3 mins.

Add in Some Cumin powder and give it a mix.

Now add the marinated chicken into the gravy and cook it for about 3-4 mins on medium flame.

Add in 1/2 glass of water and Salt. Now Add the Finely chopped Palak to the Gravy and Mix it well. Allow them to cook all together for about 4-5 mins.
