 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
 1 Banana
 4 De-seeded Dates
 1 Avacado
 ¾ cup Milk
 ¼ cup Oats granola (For Toppings)
 ¼ cup Coconuts Flakes (For Toppings)
 ¼ cup Chopped Almonds (For Toppings)
 3 tbsp Chia Seeds (For Toppings)
 ¼ Fresh Blueberries (For Toppings)

In a blender jar, Add-in Frozen Blueberries, Banana, Dates, Avacado, and Milk.

Blend them together to a fine paste.
