Broccoli Cutlets

Broccoli cutlets are the most preferred snacks by kids and adults. They are simple, nutritious, and super easy to prepare. These scrumptious green cutlets take just 20 mins to prepare.

 2 cups Minced Brocolli
 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Pepper powder
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
 Salt (As per requirement)

In a mixing bowl, add minced Broccoli.

Now add in Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Egg, Panko breadcrumbs, Red Chilli flakes, Black pepper powder, Garlic powder, and Salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

Take little portions of the cutlet mix and shape them into small patties

In a heated pan, add in some oil and start placing the patties.

Fry the patties on both sides till its golden brown.

Broccoli Cutlets are now ready! Serve with your favorite dip.
