Green Grilled Basa

An original recipe filled with green flavors and Spices. Sea Bass or Basa fillet makes this recipe taste soft, buttery and it just melts when consumed. Crunchy coconut topping gives this dish a different flavor.

 2 Basa Fillets
 1 cup Coriander leaves
 5 Green Chillies
 1 Onion,medium
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 1 tbsp Tamarind Extract
 ¼ cup Water
 ½ cup Grated Coconut
 2 tbsp Oil

In a mixer jar, add Coriander bunch, Green Chilli, Onion, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Tamarind, and Water.

Grind them all together to a smooth paste. Marinate the Basa fillets for at least an hour.

In a Baking Tray, Place the Basa fillets and Spread grated coconut on the Marinated Basa.

Drizzle some oil on top of the fish and Grill the fish in an oven at 200-220 degs for 15-20 mins.

Green Grilled Basa is now ready.
