 ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
 1 tbsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
 ½ tbsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
  cup Curd (दही)
 ½ tbsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
 ½ tbsp Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी पत्ते)
 ¼ cup Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ते), Chopped
 3 tbsp Ginger (अदरक), Julienned
 Salt (नमक), To taste

Instructions for Chicken Karahi
