Baked Chicken Masala Wings

Baked Masala Chicken Wings is the crispiest version of tandoori chicken wings. These wings are crunchy and full of flavours. It so easy and doesn't take much time to prepare it.

 12 Chicken WIngs
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 1.50 tbsp Tandoori Chicken Masala
 1 tsp Coriander powder
 ½ tsp Ginger powder
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Garam masala
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Cumin powder
 ½ tsp Amchur powder

In a mixing bowl, Add the Chicken wings. Here we have used Drumettes and Wingettes.

We are now going to add all the spices to the chicken and coat it really well. Allow the chicken to marinate for 20 to 30 mins.

Place the marinated chicken wings on the tray and bake them in the oven at 180 deg Celsius for 20 mins on each side.
