2 Medium Potatoes, Roughly Diced
400 g Tomatoes, Diced

250 g Green Beans, Edges Trimmed

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Cook the onions until they are lightly golden brown.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Cook the diced potatoes for 5 minutes.

Mix in the canned tomatoes.

Add a pinch of sugar and hot water, then mix well.

Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.

Add the green beans, salt, and black pepper powder, then mix well.

Cover the pot and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Garnish with dill leaves and gently mix the ingredients one last time.
