 200 g Feta Cheese, Cut into small chunks
 2 Roasted Red Peppers, Canned
 ½ cup Greek Yogurt
 ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
 Black Pepper Powder, Freshly Ground

Crumble the feta cheese into a food processor and add roasted red peppers, greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, red chili flakes, and black pepper powder.

Blend until the mixture has a chunky texture. Adjust the texture based on your personal preference.

Transfer the tyrokafteri to a serving dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and chives.
